Mobile Banking App are become a vital component of Banking. Earlier banking customers were required to travel to their bank in order to process most of their transactions; today’s customers needed convenience, security, faster transactions, and new technological services. Mobile Banking App has all these features attract new banking customers and retain existing customers. Objectives of this paper are what are the features of Mobile Banking App.?To study Benefit of Mobile Banking App for Bank and Customers, Compare Banks mobile app and Bank Web browser (Website) and what are the factors affecting usage of Mobile Banking App. For this study questionnaire is prepared and filled by the customer having smartphone and android using Bank App. Easy to open and access, Long process in website in case of login, it takes too much time and Time consuming are the major reason people using Mobile Bank App over Bank Website. Limited access to phone functioning, requires internet connection, poor Wi-Fi or 3G connection are most important factors which negatively affect usage of Mobile banking app followed by App is not for blind people, Customer personal queries is not answered by App.
