  Controlling the nonlinear tank is very difficult. Because nonlinear tank have variation in area of cross section. The aim of this paper is to implement optimum controller for a spherical tank. The objective of the controller is to maintain the level inside the process tank in a desired value. The real time implementation of the process is designed and implemented in MATLAB using data acquisition module. The identified mathematical model is in the form of first order plus delay time process (FOPDT).[1] The controller design is compared with different controller tuning methods. The best controlling methods is determined based on no overshoot, better set point tracking, faster settling time and lower performance indices.[1].

  Tuberculosis is an infectious disease cause by bacterium and it is mainly affects the lungs. Recently it kills three million people a year. In very first Aristotle was to say that tuberculosis is an airborne disease. It is able to spread from one person to another. The symptoms of Tb is may vary depending on what type of tuberculosis may occur The starting stage of disease means may be symptom free, it is called as inactive stage. TB is active stage means slight fever, night sweat, weight loss, and fatigue is appear. In this survey paper we discussed various types of TB diseases and segmentation methods. The proposed computer aided diagnostic system for TB screening, which is ready for field deployment, achieves a performance of human experts. We achieve an area under the ROCcurve (AUC) of 90 %( 81% of accuracy) for the first set and an (AUC) of 95% (86% of accuracy) for the second set.

  Wetlands are the most dynamic ecosystem play a vital role in indigenous fish production which is a main source of protein of rural population ultimately helps socioeconomic condition of the adjacent areas of inhabitants. Zooplankton is regarded as primary consumers of the water bodies and constitute the food source of fish and other animals..Attention has been given to the water body of Kotchandpur Baor and the growth, distribution and abundance depend on the status of water body. The work has been carried out during one year period from June 2011- May2012 in different seasons viz. monsoon, post monsoon and pre monsoon respectively in order to asses water quality parameters and zooplankton diversity. During the investigation, zooplankton diversity was observed high in the wetland. Rotifers were the most dominant group followed by Cladocera, Copepoda. Protozoa and Ostracoda during the investigation. There is a high density of zooplankton in monsoon than compare to other seasons indicate good water quality and less pollution load.
