Abstract: |
||||
|
Experimental investigations were carried out in a recirculation pipe reactor exposed to solar energy, to study the degradation of the pollutants present in the seawater. Titanium dioxide (TiO2) was used as photocatalyst and the effect of degradation of pollutants was evaluated through percentage reduction of Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Organic Carbon, Total Inorganic Carbon (TIC), pH, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) and Turbidity. |
