Abstract:

Fixture is essential equipment generally utilize in production and mechanical industries simply for safety of production and to eliminate the accidents and hazardous cause. This paper concentrate to develop and design loading and unloading model for handling assembly of valves and intention behind this is to provide a safety to human and to reduce the human fatigue require unloading the valve assembly from assembly line. To complete this model there is need to have knowledge of design, mechanism, pneumatics, fabrication and some electronics devices thus one can gain the knowledge on same. On the other hand, production rate and also the efficiency of worker will increase due to effortless operation.
