Customer expectation refers to the needs, wants, and rigid ideas of a customer about a product or service. Customer expectation will be prejudiced by a customer perception of the product or service and can be created by previous experience, advertising, hearsay, awareness of competitors and brand image. The objectives are to classify the determinants of customer expectation in the organized retail format in Trichy area, to identify the demographic profile of the customers visiting organized retail format. A total of 100 questionnaires have been randomly distributed to retail customers and the data collected is analyzed. The result of this analysis suggests the degree of customer expectation in terms of services provided by organized retail format in Trichy area.

Drinking water quality is crucial for human beings by means of sustainability, nevertheless, human activities adversely affect the water resources. Especially in drinking watersheds, extreme developments and lack of infrastructure system interfere with the quality and quantity of drinking water as these are strongly dependent on the land use types. Furthermore, the role of land use types on water sustainability should be investigated to avoid present and future problems like flood, drought and water contamination. In this study, Salem is selected as the study site, where is a great potential of population growth and an increase tendency in the residential and commercial areas. The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of land use change on water quality in Salem city.Several physical and chemical parameters were tested in the collected 25 samples, these includes pH, turbidity, chloride, iron, sulphate, TDS, Hardness, from the result it shows that, the groundwater must be taken to treatment before intake.

To develop a sustainable future it is encourage to limit the use of this construction material that can affect the environment. Geopolymer is the best solution reduce the use of cement in concrete. Geopolymer is the hardened cementious paste made from fly ash, alkaline solution and geological source material.Fly ash is finely divided powder produced by coal and fired power station .RHA is the bye-product of paddy industry. RHA is rich in silicaabout 90%, 5% carbon and 2% K2O. The specific surface area of RHA is about 40-100 m2/g. As per study it is found that incorporation of RHA upto 30% replacement level reduces the chloride penetration, decreases permeability and strength and corrosion resistance properties.

Overt Auditing for Mutual Data with High Octane User Repeal in the Cloud

With data storage and sharing services in the cloud, users can easily modify and share data as a group. To ensure share data integrity can be verified publicly, users in the group need to compute signatures on all the blocks in shared data. Different blocks in shared data are generally signed by different users due to data modifications performed by different users. For security reasons, once a user is revoked from the group, the blocks which were previously signed by this revoked user must be re-signed by an existing user. The straightforward method, which allows an existing user to download the corresponding part of shared data and re-sign it during user revocation, is inefficient due to the large size of shared data in the cloud. In this paper, we propose a novel public auditing mechanism.For the integrity of shared data with efficient user revocation in mind. By utilizing the idea of proxy re-signatures, we allow the cloud tore-sign blocks on behalf of existing users during user revocation, so that existing users do not need to download and re-sign blocks. In addition, a public verifier is always able to audit the integrity of shared data without retrieving the entire data from the Cloud. Moreover, our mechanism is able to support batch auditing by verifying multiple auditing tasks simultaneously, results show that our mechanism can significantly improve the efficiency of user revocation.

Two wheel steering mechanism used in common vehicles are having a high turning radius and also difficult in high speed maneuvering. This results in low stability. The four wheel steering mechanism currently used in heavy vehicles, which drives the rear wheels at a same angle as that of the front wheels may result in over steer. So this cannot be implemented in light vehicles. An innovative four wheel steering mechanism which rectifies the above mentioned drawbacks are proposed which serves as our project work. In this steering mechanism the rear wheels are not actually following the front wheels, but turns at a specific ratio. There are two modes of steering mechanism that is for low speed and high speed. At slow speeds, the rear wheels turn in opposite direction of the front wheels. At faster speeds, the rear wheels turn in the same direction as that of front wheels. This steering mechanism improves steering response, increase vehicle stability, improves control etc. In situations like low speed cornering, vehicle parking and driving in city conditions with heavy traffic in tight spaces becomes easy, this is because of rear wheel turn in opposite direction to front wheel. At high speed it increases vehicle stability while maneuvering at and lane changing.

Gamma Knife radiosurgery is a highly accurate and precise delivery system. Treatment of Trigeminal neuralgia (TN) is performed as a invasive frame fixation procedure in Gamma Knife radiosurgery. The prescription dose for TN is very high. Organ at risk (OAR) is brainstem which is adjacent to the target which has possibility to receive the very high target doses of TN. The present study is to analyse the dose distribution inside the tiny trigeminal nerve target and also to analyse the dose received in brainstem. Ten cases are considered in the present study to analyse the dose distribution in TN(Trigeminal Neuralgia) target and organ at risk. The treatment plan were analysed for target dose conformity, homogeneity and dose coverage. Gamma Plan version 8.3.1 is used for planning of cases.In the brainstem the volume doses Dmin, Dmax, Dmean were taken for analysing the doses in the brain stem. The mean value of maximum dose within the trigeminal nerve target was 91.04 ±1.6 and minimum dose was 12±5.05. The mean conformity index was 1.4±0.235 and the homogeneity index was 2.018±0.035. The mean dose to brainstem was 1.17±0.23 and the mean value of maximum dose to brainstem was 15.83±2.2. The present study shows the superior sparing of brainstem and reasonable of target coverage. Use of 4mm Collimator and plugging provides the best result to spare brainstem and deliver the desired dose to the Root Entry Zone in Trigeminal Neuralgia.

Objective: The aim of this present study was to investigate the potential clinical role of a novel treatment technique Rapid-Arc, Helical Tomotherapy (HT) and Conventional IMRT for post-operated pancreatic cancer. Material and Method: Five patients with post operated pancreatic cancer were selected for the dosimetric study. A convenient prescription (2Gy/fraction) was considered: 45 Gy for PTV and 55 Gy for SIBV according to RTOG protocol. For each patient three optimized plans were generated. Constraints to maximum and minimum dose to the PTV were also applied during dose optimization. Results: No statistical significance was observed between RA and HT independently from the MLC resolution meaning that for such small targets, although the resolution matters, the modulation capability of the optimization process is dominant. Concerning organs at risk, all techniques achieved largely the planning objectives described in the methods and proved to have the same degree of inter-patient variability.

The speech data can be Gaussian or non-Gaussian or both. If the data is Gaussian then the extraction and processing of speech data becomes computationally less complex. Due to this reason many existing techniques like factor analysis, Principle Component analysis, Gabor wavelets etc. assume the data to be Gaussian and processing involves only second order moments such as mean and variance. But if the data is non-Gaussian, then the extraction and processing of speech data becomes computationally more complex as it involves higher order moments like kurtosis and a new measure of non-Gaussianity known as negentropy. In this paper a recently developed technique, known as Independent Component Analysis, is applied to speech signal data and detailed analysis is done for step wise output of the algorithm. In the context of adaptive Neural Network, ICA method tries to train the non-Gaussianity instead of assuming the data to be Gaussian.

The world is facing a great problem of energy crises, because of overuse of conventional fuels in automobiles, power generation and various thermal applications. Imposition of emissions norms by government regulating bodies to reduce environment pollution lead to the search for cleaner burning fuel. Wood gas is expected to play an important role in meeting the existing gap between the energy supply and energy demand, particularly in rural areas, in the present context of energy crises. The technology of Biomass gasification has existed from more than seventy years.The gasifier is a unit which produces inflammable gases by the pyrolysis of wood and similar biomasses. The present project is an attempt to design a gasifier and its accessories and fabricate it to run an AC generator by fueling a spark ignition engine. The gasifier is developed consisting of cyclone filter, particle filter and a cooling system. The wood gas is a result of decomposition of biomass at elevated temperatures to produce a range of inflammable gases, the presence of tar and water vapour in the gas causes deterioration of fuel quality and decrease in output. This is regulated by using a counter flow cooling system and a set of cyclone and particulate filters.
