  This paper describes how the wireless transmission takes place in the underwater robot for marine exploration. The robot collects the data from the sensors underwater and transmits it wirelessly to the remote station. The robot is based on the Arduino platform, which is used extensively as an experimental testbedand which is compatible with Xbee. The movement of the robot will also be controlled by wirelessly transmitting commands via Xbee.The components and construction is described and analysed.

  Engine is the main part of the automobile vehicle. Diesel and petrol engines can be used for the automobile vehicle. Performance of the engine depends upon the good condition of the components like cylinder, cylinder head, piston, piston ring, valves, connecting rod, crank shaft, cam shaft etc. The failures of engine component can be reduced by condition monitoring techniques. There are many types of condition monitoring techniques are available vibration analysis, infrared thermography, engine oil analysis, as non-destructive tests. The aim of this paper is to reduce the failures of engine components by analyzing the used oil. In these paper engine oil analysis techniques is used. Engine oil is the life-blood of machinery. Much like doctors assess our health through urine analysis, engine components must be monitored in much the same manner. Engine oil analysis mean testing a sample of engine oil in unused and used condition. Analysis done for various properties like viscosity, volatile matters, total base number, total acid number, ash content, flash point and wear metals particles like Iron, aluminum, copper, chromium, lead, zinc in order to monitor the wear of the engine components. The properties of the oil will be changed based on the distance travelled. The used oil can be collected from the engine after various running kilometer and analyzed.

  In India, flexible pavements with bituminous surfaces are widely used. Due to increased traffic intensity of roads, overloading of commercial vehicles and temperature variation of pavements due to climatic changes leads to formation of various distresses like rutting, shoving, bleeding, cracking and potholing of bituminous surfacing. Due to high temperature, bitumen becomes very soft in summer and brittle in winter. Also, in a developing country like India, roadway construction is taking place at a very high pace which require large demand of construction material that too eco-friendly and economical. Several Studies have revealed that properties of bitumen and bituminous mixes can be improved/ modified with addition of certain additives and the bitumen premixed with these additives/modifiers is known as “modified bitumen”. The present study aims for use of modified bitumen by using plastic waste for road construction. The paper includes details of literature and methodology of using modifiers in bitumen and aims to provide highway construction in a eco-friendly and economical way. The modified bitumen mix shows better binding property, stability, density and more resistant to water.

  In this paper, we show a novel vibration-based communication framework for Bluetooth-prepared mobile phones. Cell phones are routinely utilized through the display; then again, as some time users clients might need to exchange pieces of data with adjacent associates, without moving their focus from current task. Besides, this engages communication in cases without visual or sound contact. Consequently, we implement up a novel application called Hand-to-Hand on Bluetooth Communication (H2BCom). We use the ordinary movements of tapping and touching the mobile phone display for sending a Morse coded message over a Bluetooth channel. At the side of receiver, the Morse coded message is presented as vibration of the Smartphone. We show the configuration i.e. design, implementation and assessment of H2BCom on Android phones. In the user study, we found that utilizing the Morse code was troublesome for beginners, yet the users' skill enhanced in the wake of taking an instructional exercise of the Morse code.

  Applications running on the same Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) stage ordinarily have diverse Quality of Service requirements. The major networking performance parameters are lowering Delay, high data honesty and data security. However, in any condition these three requirements simultaneously can’t satisfy. In this paper, based on the concept of material science, i propose IDDR and Diffie Hellman, IDDR is a multi-way Dynamic Routing Algorithm, determine this contention. By developing a a virtual half and half potential field, IDDR isolates packets of applications with various QoS requirements according to the weight assigned to every packet, and routes them towards the sink through different paths to enhance the data loyalty for integrity-sensitive applications as well as reduce the end-to-end delay for delay-sensitive ones. Diffie Hellman is used for distributing key from sink to all for increasing data security; i prove the IDDR plus Diffie Hellman are stable for above requirements. Simulation results demonstrate that a proposed technique provides extended performance for Data loyalty and Delay Differentiated Services with prolonged network lifetime.

  The Unified Power Flow Controller (UPFC) is a power electronic controller which can be used to control active and reactive power flows in a transmission line by injection of (variable) voltage in series and reactive current in shunt. The main function of the UPFC is to control the flow of real and reactive power. Both the magnitude and the phase angle of the voltage can be varied independently. The two types of model are discussed here. One is static and second is dynamic. Static model is used to understand the basic concept. The dynamic model uses time domain differential and algebraic equations. The new control strategy based on p-q theory is implemented with a new concept in UPFC and also is used for controlling active and reactive power. The simple PI-controllers are used to control active-reactive power in UPFC model. The interaction is observed in simulation results.

  Vital efforts have been made to identify the Finite Element Techniques for analyzing stress and displacement distribution in vehicle wheels subjected to inflation pressure and radial load. The model is done by using “CATIA V5” and the analysis is carried out by using “Ansys workbench” finite element package. The constitutive material model selected for the analysis is linear elastic with isotropic conditions. Various alloys of magnesium, aluminium, titanium are used to check the capacity of the wheel and finally the best is chosen by comparing the results.

  Due to a need for robustness of monitoring, WSN are usually redundant. Data from multiple sensors is aggregated at an aggregator node which then forwards the base station only the aggregate values. At present, due to limitations of computing power and energy store of sensor nodes, data is aggregated by exceptionally simple algorithms such as averaging. The present algorithm is to allow the base station to securely compute build Count or Sum even in the occurrence of such an attack. Our attack-resilient calculation algorithm computes the right aggregate by filtering out the assistances of compromised nodes in the aggregation order.

  Visual cryptography is one of the cryptographic techniques which divide the original image (or) data into ’n’ number of shares. Each share contains a part of original information, for the reconstruction process ‘k’ number of shares is required to reconstruct the data. Here we propose the visual cryptographic scheme for color images using threshold level determination. If the threshold level is higher in particular pixel for the particular color that pixel gains the transparency value (white shares) and the remaining other colors having black pixel values. The proposed method satisfy the visual cryptographic properties such as there will be no pixel expansion, it requires only few shares to reconstruct the image, there will be no lose in the data share.
